Salad Restaurant Chain Opens In Burlington Co.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — Just Salad, a fast-casual restaurant chain, has opened a new location at Centerton Square in Mount Laurel.

Just Salad aims to provide accessible, plant-centric meals. The restaurant prepares meals with homemade dressings, daily prepped produce, and chef-designed recipes. Just Salad also has a reusable bowl program, which provides customers with a free topping for each reuse.

The Mount Laurel opening is part of Just Salad’s expansion into South Jersey. The region's first location opened last summer in Cherry Hill.

Just Salad was founded in 2006 and has more than 100 locations.

"Our opening in Mount Laurel plays a major role in Just Salad's continued growth across New Jersey, with well beyond a dozen locations statewide," Jen Lally, chief marketing officer, said in a statement.

Just Salad has scheduled a series of grand-opening promotions for its Mount Laurel location:

• Giveback Day (Monday, Feb. 16): Just Salad will donate $1 to the Mount Laurel Garden Club for every in-store purchase.
• $5 Meal Days (Feb. 17-19): Customers can purchase a chef-designed salad, wrap, warm bowl, or market plate for $5 all day.
• Community Workers Day (Feb. 20): Community workers will receive one $5 chef-designed meal (must show ID or badge to redeem).
• $5 VIP Bowl Days (Feb. 21-22): Customers who bring or purchase a Just Salad reusable bowl will receive a $5 chef-designed salad or warm bowl.
• Reusable Bowl Happy Hour (Feb. 23 through March 13): Bring or buy a reusable bowl for a $9.69 salad or warm bowl, weekdays from 3-6 p.m.

The restaurant is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Centerton Square Shopping Center (10 Centerton Rd.).
