Bring your carved pumpkins to add to the grand glowing display at the 4th annual Morris Plains Pumpkin Illumination from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 30th. In celebration of the borough's 100th birthday, this year event host, Downtown Morris Plains, is calling for pumpkin carvers of all ages to add their jack-o-lanterns to a display of centennial proportions!
This FREE event will feature:
- Live music
- Grand Pumpkin Display (help us showcase 100 pumpkins!)
- Jack O'Tavern where you can enjoy brews and bites from local vendors
- View and vote onsite for the MP Business Pumpkin Carving Contest
- Live pumpkin carving demo by a master carver
- Visit the Morris Plains Model Train Museum (FREE)
- Spooky fun with local businesses and more
Not carving? No problem. Join to snap selfies at the grand pumpkin showcase, then stick around for music, food and beverages, seasonal fun, and treats and surprises from local vendors. Can't wait to see you there!
