In partnership with Mayan midwives from Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, and Elemental Guides, we’re opening a 3-part virtual series focused on working with the elements to process emotion, restore balance, and reconnect to the body. We begin with Earth. What to expect: A guided live practice via Zoom Connection to a traditional Mayan ceremony led by midwives on the land Simple, embodied tools for daily life A space to slow down, reflect, and reset This space is open to everyone.
