Man Masturbated, Exposed Self To Children At Bergen County Mall: Police
Police were called to a mall in Bergen County after witnesses said a man masturbated while in line at Old Navy.

PARAMUS, NJ — A man was arrested on Friday after masturbating while in line at Old Navy in Bergen County, police said.
Samuel Omitiran, 22, from Monroe, N.Y. was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, said Paramus Police Chief Robert Guidetti.

According to Guidetti, on Friday, around 1:40 p.m., security officers at the Westfield-Garden State Plaza Mall alerted police about an incident in progress inside the Old Navy store.

Guards said they had received multiple reports that a man was exposing himself to shoppers (including children) and "masturbated to ejaculation while standing on line, before fleeing the store," Guidetti said.
Police Sgt. Matt McGuire tracked the suspect through the mall into a parking lot, while Officer Don Liu saw him get into a car, Guidetti said.

Liu stopped the vehicle and arrested Omitiran without incident.
He was charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of children, lewdness, and criminal sexual contact, police said.
He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await his first court appearance, Guidetti said.
