Open Auditions for Comedy Show

Gilda's Club of Northern New Jersey is sponsoring the 12th annual "Laugh Off" and is looking for local comedic talent

Gilda's Club in Hackensack is seeking local comedians, amateur or professional, for their 12th annual "Laugh-Off" in honor of Gilda Radner, the late Saturday Night Live performer for whom the organization is named.

The clubhouse on Main Street will be turned into a comedy club on both March 23 and 30 to audition comedians for the final show at Bananas Comedy Club on April 14.

“Gilda’s Club is extremely excited to be hosting our ever so popular Laugh-Off event for the 12th consecutive year,” said Board President Ruth Dugan. “It’s not only a wonderful community event that provides local comedians with an outlet to showcase their talent; it’s an opportunity for our members and friends in the community to share some good laughs in the spirit of Gilda Radner.”
