Graze Craze Opens Charcuterie Shop in Point Pleasant

Mother-daughter team brings premium grazing boards, catering services, and event-ready dining to the Jersey Shore community

Graze Craze®, a fast-growing charcuterie and grazing board franchise known for its artfully arranged food displays and catering solutions, has opened a new location in Point Pleasant. Located at 2419 Bridge Ave., the new shop offers handcrafted charcuterie boards, grazing boxes, and catering services designed for events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and everyday entertaining.

The 740-square-foot store is owned and operated by Amanda Guerriero, a former teacher and marketing professional. She runs the business alongside her daughter, Giavanna Caruso, who serves as general manager. Together, they are introducing a creative, community-focused dining concept to their hometown.

“We’re excited to introduce a new way for people in Point Pleasant Borough to celebrate, entertain, and enjoy food,” said Guerriero. “Our charcuterie boards make hosting easier while adding a visually stunning and delicious centerpiece to any gathering.”

Premium Charcuterie Boards and Catering for Every Occasion

Graze Craze’s signature boards are created by trained Grazologists™, combining premium Boar’s Head® meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, house-made dips, and sweet treats. Each board is crafted for flavor, balance, and visual appeal. Boards are available in multiple sizes, made fresh to order, and include gluten-free options, making them ideal for office catering, parties, and special events.

Customers can choose from a variety of options, aside from the classic Gone Grazey, including:

  • Brunch Board: A gourmet and innovative twist on your morning routine. Packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, and pastries.
  • Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
  • Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

“My favorite board would have to be the Grazey for Keto, which has more protein and fewer carbs and sugar than other selections so it’s the perfect way to meet nutrition needs without sacrificing taste,” Guerriero said. “There’s truly something for everyone on our menu. Whether you’re hosting a party, planning a corporate event, or just want an easy dinner solution, our boards are designed to fit every need.”

Local Ownership with Deep Community Roots

Guerriero was born in Point Pleasant and has strong ties to the Jersey Shore community. She resides with her husband in the Borough, and together they have four children ranging in age from 8 to 28 years. Through nearly two decades of motherhood, she discovered a passion for food that ultimately inspired a new professional path. Following her eldest child’s graduation from high school, Guerriero decided to pursue a career that allows her to channel her insatiable love of hosting and entertaining while continuing to contribute to the community she calls home.

“Food has always been central to my life, especially growing up in an Italian family,” she said. “Graze Craze felt like the perfect way to combine creativity, hospitality, and community.”

Guerriero is an active member of the Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce, and her family enjoys boating, fishing, and staying involved with local sports.
