Mercer Co. Gets 2 New Restaurants As Hamilton's Carannante Family Expands To Local Golf Clubs
The family behind Hamilton's Brothers Pizza and BLEND is bringing daily dining and event catering to 2 Mercer County golf destinations.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ - A Hamilton-based restaurant family is bringing its culinary brand to two of Mercer County's premier golf clubs. This marks a significant expansion beyond their established local footprint.
The Carannante family, owners of Brothers Pizza on Route 33, BLEND and NJ Weddings and Events, announced plans to open APRON at two different locations. One at Princeton Country Club and Mountain View Golf Course.
The new concept will offer daily dining menus as well as full-service event catering, serving both on-course patrons and the broader Mercer County community.

Details on opening dates have not yet been announced, but the family said it is actively preparing for launch and encouraged interested followers to track updates through the APRON Mercer social media channels.
The expansion represents a notable step for a family business that has built a presence across multiple segments of the local hospitality industry, from casual dining and pizza to weddings and private events.
