Sweetgreen To Open At This Shopping Center In Princeton Area
The restaurant will be located near Barnes & Noble.
PRINCETON, NJ — Sweetgreen, a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in salads and grain bowls, is all set to open at MarketFair, Princeton, the company announced.
The restaurant will be located near Barnes & Noble and will operate from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
An opening date has not been announced.

The shopping center is located at on Route 1 in West Windsor, although the postal address says Princeton.
This will be Sweetgreen's 10th in New Jersey.

The chain, which launched in 2007, operates restaurants in Hoboken, Hackensack, Jersey City, Marlton, Montclair, Montvale, Morristown, Shrewsbury and Westfield.
