NJ Lead Safe Law: What Randolph Rental Property Owners Need To Do Before June 30
Certain rental properties in Randolph Township are required to have a visual lead hazard inspection scheduled by the end of the month.
RANDOLPH, NJ - Randolph Township landlords are being reminded of an approaching June 30 deadline to schedule visual lead hazard inspections required under New Jersey's Lead Safe Certification Law.
The township has partnered with LEW Environmental Services to help landlords comply with the state law, which requires certain rental properties to undergo a visual inspection to assess for lead hazards.
Landlords who received a notice or own a rental property in Randolph Township are encouraged to visit lewenvironmental.com/lead/nj-lead-law/landlords/randolph/ to determine whether their property requires an inspection or qualifies for an exemption.
