Insomnia Cookies Opens 1st Monmouth County Location

RED BANK, NJ — Insomnia Cookies has officially opened its first Monmouth County location.

Located at 74 Broad Street in Red Bank, the late-night bakery known for serving fresh-baked cookies until the early morning hours opened on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

With this opening, the new bakery aims to expand Insomnia Cookies' footprint in NJ, bringing the brand's signature cookies, desserts and late-night delivery to downtown Red Bank.

The new Red Bank bakery joins other New Jersey locations in Cherry Hill, Ewing, Glassboro, Hoboken, Marlton, Montclair and New Brunswick.

"The soft opening gives local Insomniacs a first taste of the bakery ahead of its forthcoming grand opening celebration," store officials said.

While the bakery had its soft opening on Tuesday, its grand opening will be celebrated later this month with giveaways and special offers.

Additional details on the grand opening will be announced soon, officials said.

For now, Insomnia Cookies is inviting guests to check out the new bakery, which has a menu featuring fresh-baked cookies, Cookies IN Ice Cream, brownies, blondies, brookies, cookie cakes, vegan options and a rotating lineup of limited-time flavors.

The bakery offers in-store ordering, pickup and local delivery.

Bakery hours for the new Red Bank location are:

• Sunday (12 p.m. to 1 a.m.)
• Monday–Wednesday (11 a.m. to 1 a.m.)
• Thursday–Friday (11 a.m. to 3 a.m.)
• Saturday (12 p.m. to 3 a.m.)
