New Pan-Asian Restaurant Opens In Red Bank: See Details

RED BANK, NJ — A contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant has officially opened its doors in Red Bank.

SHO Asian Table, located at 8-10 W. Front Street, opened to customers on Wednesday and is looking to bring "an unforgettable experience" to the borough.

Founded by Saurabh Abrol through LeMalt Hospitality Group, the restaurant was born from "the simple belief that a great restaurant should do more than serve food. It should take you somewhere else entirely."

According to their website, Abrol wanted to create something "deeply emotional and visually captivating" with SHO.

"In this restaurant, every detail, from the music and murals to the cocktails and cuisine, tells a story," restaurant officials said.

When customers come to SHO, they'll be able to choose from a variety of small plates, main dishes and drinks, as well as experience the restaurant's three different floors.

While the full menu has yet to be revealed, some dishes that will be offered range from Mille-Feuille Dumplings with wagyu beef and black pepper to Yuzu Lemon Pepper Ribs with green Sichuan peppercorn, according to a report from NJ.com.

The first floor of SHO hosts a cocktail bar, dining tables, bar seating and lounge, and full dinner service, while the second floor serves as the main dining room with a second bar, round tables for groups and banquette seating.

The third floor of the restaurant will host private dining for up to 24 guests, with full buyout available, a service team and bespoke event menus.

"The name SHO is intentionally simple, modern, and memorable. A name that feels mysterious yet timeless," the website reads.

"Inside, guests discover a world of dark textures, glowing accents, cinematic energy, and a menu that celebrates the diversity of Pan Asian cuisine through a contemporary lens."

SHO will be open from 4-10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 4-11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
