NJ Teen Vanishes On Halloween, Police, School Seeks Public's Help
Owen Tillman Kenney, 19, was last seen in the area of King Street and Burns Lane in Charleston, South Carolina, on Halloween, police said.

RED BANK, NJ — A Red Bank Catholic High School graduate has gone missing in the Charleston, South Carolina, area, the Charleston Police Department said on Sunday.

Owen Tillman Kenney, 19, was last seen by friends in the area of King Street and Burns Lane on Oct. 31 at 2 a.m., police said.
Kenney is 6'1 in height and weighs 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a Boston Celtics jersey.

According to an online post from Red Bank Catholic High School, Kenney graduated from RBC in 2024.
"Please share and pray for his safe return," the high school said in their statement.
