2 Restaurants, 4 Stores Will Open At Mall In Bergen County

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Later this year, you'll have more dining and shopping choices when you visit Bergen Town Center in Paramus.

In fact, you'll have new choices as soon as next month, said a spokesperson.

The following six businesses recently signed leases to move into the mall, and will open this year:

Tatte Bakery & Cafe (3,840 square feet): A popular Boston chain known for its artisanal pastries, fresh breads, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. It offers hand-crafted coffee, breakfast items, sandwiches, and salads. Expected to open next month.

Canton Rodeo (1,458 square feet): Flagship location for this brand-new slow-roasted Hong Kong BBQ concept

Elev8tion Fitness (14,750 square feet): Gym with locations across south Florida and an expanding presence in New York and New Jersey. Known as a destination for those who take their training and lifestyle seriously.

Nail Art Spa (2,211 square feet): Second location for these popular regional nail artists from Hackensack.

Pilates Addiction (1,696 square feet): Dynamic Pilates classes blending classical technique and modern intensity to strengthen the core and sculpt long, lean muscles

Swarovski (869 square feet): Jewel box shop offering the brand’s highly coveted crystal jewelry and accessories

“This combination of new concepts and upgraded offerings continues to elevate the experience at Bergen Town Center,” said Josh Birns, the senior vice president for leasing at Urban Edge Properties. "These operators provide complementary uses and will drive new traffic while benefitting from their neighbors’ existing audience.”

Bergen Town Center already includes a Whole Foods, Target, CVS, and smaller stores.

In 2025, Urban Edge Properties upgraded the mall with digital signage and new landscaping.

The mall is located at the juncture of Route 4 East and Forest Avenue in Paramus.
