The restaurant, which serves lobster, shrimp, and crab rolls, will have giveaways at its Ridgewood grand opening.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Mason's Lobster Rolls has something for everyone, with varieties like a Connecticut Roll, a Bar Harbor Roll, shrimp rolls, salads, and even hot dogs.

"We have Nathan's hot dogs, for those not into seafood," said Charito Dizon, the owner of the newest location in Ridgewood.

The location will open Wednesday at 11 a.m.

It'll be the second Mason's site in New Jersey, with the other located in Asbury Park.

The chain, which has 42 locations across the country, was founded in 2014 by lobster buyer Dan Beck. Their motto is "famously simple," and so is their menu, with a focus on just a few ingredients.

Dizon said the new store will run special promotions Wednesday. Customers will be able to enter a drawing to win a year of free lobster.

This is the first restaurant for Dizon, who lives in Paramus, she said.

The spot will be located at 111 East Ridgewood Ave.
