Monmouth County Bar Voted Amongst Best Beach Bars In The U.S.
The Jersey Shore bar is one of the few remaining where "cocktails on the sand" is still on the menu, USA Today wrote.
SEA BRIGHT, NJ — A Monmouth County bar has been voted amongst the Top 10 Beach Bars in the U.S.
For this edition of USA Today's 10 Best Series, an expert panel nominated their top beach bars across the country, then readers voted on which bars are "the most exceptional."
In total, three New Jersey beach bars made the final rankings, including one in Monmouth County.

Located in Sea Bright, Donovan's Reef is described as "one of the few Jersey Shore bars where cocktails on the sand are on the menu."
An iconic shore destination since the late 70s, the bar has been recognized by multiple publications over the years, including being named on the "21 Best Beach Bars In America" list in 2017.

Located right on the beach, Donovan’s Reef offers open-air bars and decks, live music, drinks, daily specials, various food options and more to visitors.
"A private lifeguarded beach, a cool tiki bar, and an outdoor deck offer plenty of seaside real estate to settle in, while the kitchen handles everything from breakfast through late-night eats with grilled classics," USA Today editors wrote. "When live bands hit the beachfront stage, the sand doubles as a dance floor."
In addition to Donovan's Reef, two other New Jersey bars also made USA Today's list of the Top 10 Beach Bars in the U.S.
