The free family event features show vehicles, live DJ, face painting and gaming truck; proceeds benefit St. Jude and Butler PBA.

BUTLER, NJ - Butler's Main Street will close to traffic Sunday for the 3rd Annual Cars 'n' Cops Car Show, a free family event presented by alwaysNboost Auto Group, Sal's Autoworks and the Butler Police Department/PBA.

The show runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Butler Police Benevolent Association.

Spectator admission is free. The show is open to any year car, truck, motorcycle or specialty vehicle. Show vehicles will be parked along Main Street on a first-come, first-served basis, with latecomers directed to an adjacent industrial complex parking area.

All show vehicles must enter via Kiel Avenue, with the entrance at High Point Brewing Company, 14 Kiel Ave. The Butler Police Department and show volunteers will direct traffic. Show participants are encouraged to arrive by 9 a.m. for preferred parking; vehicles parked before the show opens will be required to vacate and re-enter.

Car clubs and groups wishing to park together should meet off-site before arriving — organizers suggest public shopping areas along Route 23, such as the Walmart, Target, Lowe's or Home Depot — as spots cannot be reserved once vehicles are in the entry line.
