Cedar Grove Pharmacy Donates Valuable EpiPens To Verona Police

The owner of a local pharmacy in Cedar Grove recently got a big thumbs-up from Verona police.

VERONA-CEDAR GROVE, NJ — A local pharmacy in Cedar Grove recently got a big thumbs-up from Verona police for helping to bring a bounty of valuable EpiPens to the department.

Amin Amireh, who owns The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Cedar Grove, donated half the cost of the epinephrine auto-injectors, which will be used on-duty.

Verona officers will now be equipped with some extra lifesaving tools to respond to severe allergic reactions and medical emergencies in the community, police reported.
