5 People Injured In Garden State Parkway Crackup, State Police Say
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday when a rear-end collision occurred on the parkway north, police said.
WALL, NJ — Multiple people sustained minor injuries following a crash on the Garden State Parkway on Sunday afternoon, NJ State Police Trooper Christopher Postorino told Patch.
At 3:27 p.m., troopers responded to a crash on the Garden State Parkway north at milepost 97.6 in Wall Township.
Based on a preliminary investigation, Postorino said a rear-end collision occurred between a Ford SUV and a Honda passenger vehicle.

The Honda was then pushed forward and struck a Honda SUV, police said.
The driver and four occupants from the Honda passenger vehicle sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash and were all brought to an area hospital.

There were no other reported injuries on scene, Postorino said.
The crash remains under investigation, according to NJ State Police.
