Van Engulfed In Flames In Wall Township, NJ State Police Say

WALL, NJ — First responders were called to the Garden State Parkway on Friday morning after a vehicle went up in flames, NJ State Police Trooper Christopher Postorino told Patch.

At 9:45 a.m. on Friday, authorities responded to the Garden State Parkway north at milepost 94.7 in Wall Township for a Freightliner Van engulfed in flames.

Once state troopers arrived, alongside firefighters from the Glendola Fire Company, they helped extinguish the fire.

There were no reported injuries on scene, Postorino said.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

As of Wednesday morning, no additional information was available.
