WAYNE, NJ — Nearly 100 new condos are available to apply for at Villas at Wayne Hills, according to Affordable Homes New Jersey.
Acquired by Ridgewood Real Estate Partners in 2021, Villas at Wayne Hills sprawls across 100 acres in Wayne. The development features more than 400 townhomes, 90 of which have been designated for affordable housing.
The condos range from one to three bedrooms, with income requirements ranging from 'very low' to 'low' to 'moderate.'
