The Short Story Book Discussion Group meets monthly to have an in-depth discussion on the selected short story. Meetings are in person at the library. No registration needed. The Blue Circle by Jess Gibson
The author clearly shares her mother’s (Margaret Atwood) feminist bent; In the Blue Circle she takes aim at male artists who assume credit for their significant others’ work. The story is a stealthy tale that hits hard at the end.
