"Leadership takes many forms, and the SHERO Award was created to recognize and celebrate women who exemplify it," Bodek said. He encouraged residents to nominate women from all walks of life, regardless of their profession, background, or role.

Bodek added that every woman who advocates for change, leads with compassion, or makes a quiet yet significant impact deserves recognition. He also noted that Union County is stronger because of the women who shape it daily, and the county is proud to celebrate them.
