Union County Ticket Splits $449K Winning Lottery Jackpot

Two lucky players matched all five balls in Tuesday's Jersey Cash 5 drawing, splitting the $449,453 jackpot.

PLAINFIELD, NJ — Two players, including one in Union County, matched all five balls in Tuesday’s Jersey Cash 5 drawing, splitting the $449,453 jackpot.

One ticket was sold via the Jackpocket app. The other was sold at Quick Chek, 475 Terrill Rd., Plainfield in Union County.

Each ticket is worth $224,728.

The winning numbers were 01, 15, 17, 29 and 30. The Bullseye was 30 and the XTRA was 03.

Quick Chek will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling a winning ticket.

In addition to the jackpot, 30 players matched four out of five balls and the Bullseye to win $500 each. Among those players, nine multiplied the prize to $1,500 by playing the XTRA.

The jackpot was reset to $150,000 ahead of Wednesday’s drawing.
