“Libraries thrive because of engaged readers like the Fern family,” said Library Director Allen McGinley. “Their love of learning and curiosity about the world embody the very spirit of what public libraries are all about. We’re proud to celebrate their commitment to reading and education.”

Throughout 2025, the library circulated more than 350,000 books across all formats, underscoring Westfield’s dedication to reading and lifelong learning. The most borrowed categories were picture books and books for emerging readers, representing nearly one-third of the total physical books borrowed.
