Westfield Mixed-Use Property Sells for $5.9 Million
The two-story East Broad Street property in Westfield sold for $5.9 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.

WESTFIELD, NJ — A mixed-use property at 219-225 E. Broad St. in Westfield has sold for $5.9 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.
The commercial real estate brokerage firm said the building is in Westfield's downtown area and was marketed on behalf of the seller by brokers from its New Jersey office.
Marcus & Millichap identified the property as a two-story, 13,006-square-foot building on a 0.26-acre lot.

The firm said the building has five suites, was renovated in 1995 and is fully occupied.
Tenants include Sweetgreen, Club Pilates, Fred Astair Dance Studio, GamifyU and Exploratores.
