Dispose Of Confidential Documents At West Orange Shredding Day

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Got unwanted (and confidential) paper documents to get rid of? A public shredding day will take place for West Orange residents on Sunday, Oct., 18.

The event is open to West Orange residents only. It will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Environmental Center, 590 Mt. Pleasant Avenue.

“Please don’t line up ahead of time on Mt. Pleasant Avenue as it causes a traffic hazard,” organizers said.

Only confidential documents/bills/receipts: no plastic, file folders, magazines, blank envelopes, books, paper clips or any other document that does not have private information on it.

There is a limit of four boxes per car. West Orange residents should have their identification ready for proof of residency.
