Adam Sandler, Chris Rock Filming 'Grown Ups 3' In Woodbridge, Morristown

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Adam Sandler and Chris Rock were spotted filming in Woodbridge Monday.

The two Hollywood A-listers were spotted with a large film crew on Wendy Road, in the Colonia section of Woodbridge, residents posted on Facebook.

While studios have been mum, they were most likely filming for "Grown-Ups 3." And on Tuesday Sandler was spotted doing more filming at Rod’s Steak & Seafood inside the Madison Hotel in Morristown.

Netflix announced in May filming will begin for "Grown-Ups 3." In addition to Sandler and Rock, Kevin James, David Spade and Rob Schneider will all return and reprise their roles in the beloved family comedy.

Locals report that Sandler was extremely gracious and kind, and stopped to take many photos with Woodbridge kids who had crowded around the set.

Schneider and actor Jonathan Loughran were also spotted in Colonia Monday, according to this Instagram post.

Woodbridge locals also took photos of actress Jamie Chung in Colonia Monday; she was in the original first "Grown Ups." She has not been announced as part of the cast for the upcoming "Grown Ups 3." But she was indeed spotted on the sidewalk in Colonia Monday, where she also cheerfully took photos with fans.

In the first movie, Chung played the role of one of Scheider's daughters.

The set disassembled Monday night and they are not filming in Woodbridge Tuesday.

However, on Tuesday, just Sandler (no other cast members) was spotted filming at Rod’s Steak & Seafood inside The Madison Hotel in Morristown, according to this Instagram post. The owner of that account, Morristown.NJ, said they asked film crews and crews confirmed the filming at the Madison was for "Grown Ups 3."

Sandler wrote all three "Grown Up" scripts with writing partner Tim Herlihy.

This time, "Grown Ups 3" will not be released in theaters; it will go straight to Netflix.
