Loose Bunny Spotted Hopping Around Woodbridge
Woodbridge Animal Group said they do not think this is a wild rabbit, and they strongly suspect it is someone's pet who got out.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A loose bunny rabbit has been spotted in the past several days in the Fords section of Woodbridge, Woodbridge Animal Group announced Dec. 30 on their Facebook page.
The bunny has been seen in the past several days on Dunbar Avenue, scampering in backyards and hiding under cars.
Woodbridge Animal Group said they do not think this is a wild rabbit, and they strongly suspect it is someone's pet rabbit who got out.

This is also not the first call they've received about stray rabbits in the area around Dunbar Avenue.
"This is not the first call for stray rabbits in this area," they said. "If someone is either housing or breeding rabbits outdoors, we hope you start taking better care of them and keeping them out of danger."

Do not send the Woodbridge Animal Group a private message on Facebook; they are a volunteer group and do not monitor Facebook 24/7, nor do they dispatch someone to respond to an animal rescue.
