“Woodbridge has long been a sought-after market for us, and we are pleased to bring one of our full-format stores to the community,” said Howard Henschel, Norman’s Hallmark president and CEO. “Cloverleaf Shopping Center is an exceptional location — brand new, upscale and positioned within a well-established retail corridor between two major highways. With Sprouts Farmers Market as a strong anchor, it’s an ideal fit and a great place for us to be.”
The first Norman's Hallmark opened 85 years ago in Trenton, NJ and the store currently has 100 locations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. They are still family owned to this day and in recent years expanded into Delaware and Maryland. Norman's Hallmark also has an e-commerce website.
The developer and owner of the Cloverleaf Center is Wick Companies, the same builder that built Red Oak Senior Living Apartments (which replaced Stern Towers) and the Green Oak Senior Living Complex, which replaced Olsen Towers.
