Man Sexually Assaulted Victim In Wyckoff: Prosecutor

WYCKOFF, NJ — A man has been charged for sexually assaulting another adult in Wyckoff last summer, prosecutors said.

Abdalwali A. Alsaidi of Wyckoff was charged on Thursday with aggravated sexual assault and related offenses, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors said that on July 7, 2025, the Wyckoff Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of an
adult.

An investigation by both agencies determined that Alsaidi had sexually assaulted the victim between July 6 and 7, 2025.

He was charged this week with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, two counts of second-degree sexual assault, and one count of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, prosecutors said.

He surrendered on Friday and was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Bergen County
Superior Court in Hackensack, prosecutors said.
