A Message From Founding President Phil Andrews
“Giving Tuesday is more than a day of charitable giving. It is an opportunity to make a lasting investment in the economic future of families, entrepreneurs and communities,” said Phil Andrews, founding president of the African American Small Business Foundation, Inc.
“When we invest in African American small businesses, we are investing in job creation, stronger neighborhoods, business ownership and the next generation of entrepreneurs. Our Foundation is committed to helping close the wealth gap by providing access to education, resources, relationships and economic opportunities that can transform lives.”
“National recognition helps amplify our message, but recognition alone cannot fund the work. We need individuals, corporations and philanthropic partners to join us in building a sustainable foundation for economic empowerment. Every contribution matters.”
