Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce Launches 2nd Quarter Membership Drive Following Strong First Quarter of Growth and Impact
New York, New York, March 25th, 2026 — The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LIAACC), New York State’s largest African American Chamber of Commerce, has officially launched its 2nd Quarter Membership Drive following a highly successful first quarter marked by major programming, business development initiatives, and regional economic impact.
During the first quarter of 2026, the Chamber hosted several signature initiatives and programs designed to support and grow minority and small businesses across Long Island.
These initiatives included business development workshops, networking events, economic empowerment programs, and technical assistance sessions designed to help businesses access capital, government contracting opportunities, and marketing support.

The Chamber also continued its work with strategic partners in economic development, workforce development, and small business advocacy, further strengthening its role as a leading voice for African American and minority-owned businesses in the region.
Phil Andrews is the President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., Founding President of the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc., and the African American Small Business Foundation, Inc.

2nd Quarter Membership Drive: The Chamber’s 2nd Quarter Membership Drive is focused on expanding its network of entrepreneurs, small business owners, professionals, and corporate partners who are committed to economic empowerment and business growth.
