BAY SHORE, NY — A Bay Shore man pleaded guilty Thursday to sex trafficking and repeatedly raping multiple victims, including a 13-year-old child, whom he deliberately got addicted to drugs before exploiting sexually, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said.

Danny St. Louis, 45, pleaded guilty before Suffolk County Supreme Court Justice Timothy Mazzei to three counts of second-degree rape, class B violent felonies, two counts of sex trafficking, class B felonies and one count of attempted sex trafficking, a Class C felony.

According to prosecutors, St. Louis met the child through a mutual acquaintance in early 2023 and began supplying her with cocaine. Prosecutors said he later introduced her to crack cocaine, causing her to become addicted.

The DA’s office said St. Louis sexually abused the girl on three separate occasions and continued exploiting her until October 2023. Authorities later found the victim with him in a hotel room on Oct. 8, 2024, after she had run away from a residential drug treatment facility, prosecutors said.

Between March 2023 and March 2024, prosecutors said St. Louis also profited from the prostitution of two additional women by providing them with drugs to maintain control over them.

In another incident, prosecutors said St. Louis arranged for a 20-year-old woman to meet him at a Hauppauge hotel on March 3, 2024, where he supplied her with crack cocaine and remained with her in the room for two days while her family filed a missing persons report.

At one point, prosecutors said, St. Louis accused the woman of stealing crack cocaine from him and forced her to undress, shower and have sex with him to repay the debt.

The sexual encounter was filmed, prosecutors said, and St. Louis discussed using the video as an advertisement to sell the woman to sex buyers.

The woman later escaped the hotel on March 5, 2024, and contacted her family, according to prosecutors.

St. Louis was arrested on March 14, 2024, after authorities said he agreed to exchange sex and drugs for money.

He is expected to be sentenced on June 23 to 15 years in prison followed by 10 years of post-release supervision, prosecutors said.

Ian Fitzgerald is representing St. Louis, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

“Among this defendant’s victims was a 13-year-old child whom he deliberately got addicted to drugs before repeatedly raping and exploiting her,” Tierney said. “No sentence can undo that harm, but today’s plea ensures he will be held accountable and that he cannot victimize anyone else for years to come.”
