Come Celebrate America's 250th at the Library with an Americana Folk Concert! This celebration will feature music from the Colonial period (which originated in the British Isles!) We will hear songs from the Revolutionary War as well as songs and dance tunes from everyday life. Historical and social context will be provided.
Fairchild and Becherer are a Long Island-based musical duo specializing in traditional folk/roots music and contemporary songs informed by that tradition.
