IHop Is Selling Short Stacks for 57 Cents Today

Just think of it as this month’s second Independence Day.

IHop celebrates its 57th anniversary today — Tuesday, July 7 — and it wants you to taste the freedom.

Short stacks of pancakes, which IHop describes as three small buttermilk cakes, are going for 57 cents until midnight. The only catch: Each guest is limited to one short stack (for this price, at least), and must eat them at the restaurant.
