PureGym Unveils Renovated Brooklyn Location: See Photos

BROOKLYN, NY — PureGym has reopened its Gates Avenue gym in Brooklyn following a full renovation.

Longtime PureGym member-turned-personal trainer Jamel Gonzalez led a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which brought together members, trainers and local guests to tour the updated facility.

The renovated gym features new strength equipment, an expanded free weights area, redesigned functional training and cardio zones, and a dedicated Build area with lighter weights and equipment for a range of strength exercises.

The Gates reopening is part of PureGym’s $60 million Strategic Investment Program, a multiyear effort to renovate and re-equip its U.S. clubs.

The company entered the U.S. market through its acquisition of Blink Fitness and operates roughly 60 clubs across New York and New Jersey.
