Man Stabbed During Brooklyn Robbery: Police

Investigators are trying to find two men linked to a violent attack in Williamsburg.

BROOKLYN, NY— A 30-year-old man was hospitalized after two men stabbed him during a robbery in Williamsburg Thursday night, according to the NYPD.

The attack happened just before 9 p.m. near 54 Boerum St., between Lorimer and Leonard streets, police reported.

Investigators said two men approached the victim before one of them stabbed him in the abdomen with a cutting instrument.

The attackers then took the man's cellphone and fled the area, according to police.

The FYPD received the emergency call at 8:54 p.m.

Paramedics took the victim to Kings County Hospital. Authorities had not released his condition.

Police are searching for two men in connection with the attack.

One suspect wore a black shirt, according to police. Authorities did not provide a clothing description for the second man.

Police said both suspects left the area after the robbery.

No arrests have been made.
