BROOKLYN, NY — Authorities were battling a four-alarm fire that caused a partial roof collapse at a restaurant in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn on Saturday evening, an official said. The fire at Juliette Restaurant at 135 North 5th St. by Belford Avenue was sending thick smoke into the air, according to Council Member Lincoln Restler of the 33rd District. "Recommend folks in immediate area close windows and avoid smoke," Restler said in a post on X.
