About Landmark
A lineup of celebrated artists bring the background into foreground, paying homage to some of New York's most iconic Hip Hop landmarks. The inspired and culturally rich show, Landmark, highlights significant locations in Hip Hop history. Playing with the idea of landmarks as locations, but also as pivotal moments, artists in the lineup have created works adding their own artistic voice and style to celebrate and memorialize the influential locations. The TailShakers - founded in 2017, are a NYC Based Mermaid Dance Team bringing choreographed routines to parades & events citywide. Now 98 members strong, we're all about using dance to promote self expression, empowerment & community spirit.
