Lottery Opens For 12 Affordable Townhomes For Sale At 'Enclave At Armonk'

ARMONK, NY — A great deal on a new home in a desirable location could be in the cards for those who qualify and have a little bit of good luck on their side.

Westchester Residential Opportunities announced that there are 12 new chances for fair and affordable homeownership at the Enclave at Armonk, located at 113 King Street in Armonk, and applications for the lottery are now being accepted.

The estimated net sale price for a three-bedroom townhome is $325,000, for those who meet certain income restrictions.

The homes will have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, washer/dryer hook-ups, and a one-car garage.

Luxury amenities in the new community, consisting of 125 homes, include a clubhouse with a fitness room, an outdoor swimming pool with cabanas, a bocce court, a fire pit area, and outdoor dining space.

The 12 affordable units will be available in phases starting in January 2027.

The homes are available to those with a household income below 80 percent of the average monthly income in the region. In order to qualify, the household sizes and maximum incomes are as follows:

• three-person household, maximum income of $122,150
• four-person household, maximum income of $135,700
• five-person household, maximum income of $146,600
• six-person household, maximum income of $157,450
• seven-person household, maximum income of $168,250

Enclave at Armonk homes are zoned to are zoned to the Byram Hills Central School District.

The application and photos of the property can be found here. Completed applications are due November 20, 2026, at 4 p.m. Applications received after that date will be waitlisted. The lottery will take place on December 7, 2026, at 11 a.m.
