Celebrate America's 250th birthday with a month of classic films at the Suffolk Y JCC! Join us each Wednesday in July for Movies Celebrating America at 250, a special movie series featuring beloved films that highlight American stories, culture, and history.
Each screening includes a beverage and movie snack, making it the perfect afternoon outing for film lovers. Whether you're revisiting a favorite classic or discovering one for the first time, this affordable series offers something for everyone.

Introduce your child to the exciting game of tennis this summer at the Suffolk Y JCC.
Designed for children in grades K–5, this beginner-friendly program teaches the rules, fundamentals, and basic skills needed to play tennis in a fun and supportive environment. Low-compression tennis balls are used based on each student's needs, helping participants develop skills quickly while building confidence and enjoying the game.
Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. beginning July 11 and running through August 15, 2026.
Classes are held outdoors by the side field (Fitness Center side), weather permitting. In the event of rain, classes will be moved indoors to the gymnasium.
Cost is $160 per participant.

This beginner-friendly program is designed to teach the basic skills and techniques of volleyball in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. Participants will develop proper passing, serving, setting, and teamwork skills while building confidence and enjoying the game.
Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. beginning July 11 and running through August 15, 2026.
All classes will take place indoors in the Suffolk Y JCC gymnasium.
Cost is $160 per participant.

Classes will be held on Saturdays from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. beginning July 11 and running through August 15, 2026.
Classes will take place outdoors by the side field (Fitness Center side), weather permitting. In the event of rain, classes will be held on the indoor track.
Cost is $160 per participant.
