The annual Jingle Bell Bash Tree Lighting returns Saturday, Nov. 7 at 3 p.m., featuring live performances, photos with Santa, seasonal character meet and greets, kids crafts, live reindeer, giveaways and more. Families must be in line by 4:30 p.m. for free Santa photos, with one photo per family and pets are not permitted. Guests can also capture Black Friday savings daily from Nov. 1-22 with Tanger Deal Days, offering up to 25%&nbsp;off top brands like Nike, Under Armour and J. Crew Factory.&nbsp;
