13-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized After E-Bike Crash In East Meadow: Police
The teenager suffered multiple lacerations after striking a parked vehicle, police say.
EAST MEADOW, NY — A 13-year-old boy was hospitalized after he struck a vehicle while riding an e-bike in East Meadow Wednesday evening, police said.
Nassau County police said the teenager was riding an e-bike westbound on Hempstead Turnpike when he struck a stationary 2026 GMC in a parking lot at 5:10 p.m.
He suffered multiple lacerations and pain to his arms and knee, and was taken to a local hospital, police said.

According to police, the GMC driver remained at the scene, and no other injuries were reported.
