East Meadow Woman Reported Missing In Need Of Medical Treatment, Police Say

She suffers from a cognitive disorder, police said. Police request anyone with information to call 516-573-7347 or 911.

EAST MEADOW, NY — A 68-year-old woman in need of medical treatment was reported missing and last seen on Tuesday night in East Meadow, police said.

Nassau County police said Meryl Tetenbaum, of East Meadow, was last seen at 9:15 p.m. at her residence.

She is described as a white female, 5-feet 4-inches tall, 165 lbs., with dark brown hair and blue eyes, police said.

According to police, she is believed to be driving a blue, four-door, 2014 Toyota Camry with a license plate of BBD1078. Her clothing and destination are unknown, and she suffers from a cognitive disorder, police said.

will remain anonymous, police said.
