This is a special workshop taking place at the Roslyn Salt Cave that combines drumming and sound healing inside their communal salt cave.
Join us or a soul soothing musical experience through the power of drumming within the serene sanctuary of the Roslyn Salt Cave. Drumming is proven to reduce stress, provide an outlet for positive self-expression, improve mental well-being and social engagement. During this session participants will also have the opportunity to integrate sound healing instruments with drumming for a unique immersive and rhythmic experience.
All drums, small percussions and sound healing instruments are provided. No prior drumming experience is needed.
