At 95 years young, Dolores is very happy to call the Dix Hills Assisted Living Facility home. Members Tina Diamond, Rosemary Emigholz, Anna Ievolo, Vicky Impollonia, Linda Kreussling, Loda Romanelli and Judy Vilas joined Dolores on Friday, October 16, to be a part of this momentous occasion, the wedding of her granddaughter in New Jersey. These members elevated the formal tone of the event by wearing fascinators for the occasion.
Our Dolores sat with a sparkle in her eyes and a smile that never seemed to fade, delighted to be part of her granddaughter's wedding day through a live video stream. Though miles may have separated them, technology brought the celebration right into her home, allowing her to witness every special moment, from the beautiful ceremony to the joyful smiles and heartfelt vows. Her heart was filled with pride, happiness and love as she watched her granddaughter begin this wonderful new chapter. At 95 years young, Dolores proved that love knows no distance, age is just a number, and some of life's most precious moments can still be shared, even from afar.
