Police ID Uniondale Man Who Died After Car Crash In Roosevelt: PD
There were 3 other passengers in the car when he struck a utility pole, including a 9-year-old child, police say.
ROOSEVELT, NY — The 37-year-old man who died after he struck a utility pole while driving in Roosevelt on Saturday has been identified as Alberto Ayala of Uniondale, police said.
Ayala was driving a 2021 Chrysler sedan traveling southbound on Brookside Avenue at the intersection of West Centennial Avenue when he struck a utility pole at 7:44 p.m. on July 11, Nassau County police said.
He was transported to a nearby hospital with three other passengers who were in the Sedan, including a 36-year-old woman, 19-year-old boy, and 9-year-old girl, police said.
