The Roosevelt School District recently recognized several students with the prestigious Rough Rider Spirit Award during the latest Board of Education meeting. The honored students were celebrated for their hard work, leadership, and positive contributions to the Roosevelt school community.

The Rough Rider Spirit Award highlights students who consistently demonstrate character, perseverance, and a commitment to making a difference in their schools. Family members, district administrators, faculty, and Board of Education members joined together to applaud the students for their achievements and dedication.

“We are incredibly proud of these students and the example they set for their peers each day,” said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Shawn Wightman. “Their leadership, determination, and positive spirit truly reflect the values of the Roosevelt School District and what it means to be a Rough Rider.”
