GREAT NECK, NY — After more than three decades in business, Francesca's Pizzeria & Restaurant in Great Neck has closed its doors.
The longtime restaurant, which opened in 1991, announced its closure on Sept. 13, 2026, on its website.
Sal and Rosario shared a message with customers, thanking them for their patronage over the years.

"Thank you to our customers and friends for your patronage over the years. We are proud to have provided you with the Best Pizza and Italian food in Great Neck, but due to business circumstances, we cannot continue to operate."
The restaurant served a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta alla vodka, chicken cacciatore, veal marsala, Grandma's thin Sicilian pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, among other options on its vast menu.
