You Had Us At Free Jersey Mike's Sub, But Helping A Worthy Organization Is The Olive On Top

HARRISON, NY — Helping to support a group that looks out for homeless, abandoned, and neglected cats and dogs is its own reward, but there's a little something extra in it this Sunday.

Pet Rescue Paws nurtures animals at risk in the foster care of volunteers who then provide veterinary care and socialization before place them in permanent loving and responsible homes — and now they want to buy us all lunch as well.

The Pet Rescue Paws fundraiser at Jersey Mike’s in Harrison is this Sunday.

There are just a few human tricks to perform to be eligible. Bring your fundraising card to Jersey Mike's, make a minimum $3 donation to Pet Rescue Paws, and receive a free regular sub.

Unlike the organization's efforts, this fundraiser is for one day only on Sunday, Aug. 30, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., at the Jersey Mike's at 341 Halstead Avenue, in Harrison.

Fundraising cards are available at participating locations throughout Harrison, including Harrison Town Hall, the Harrison Public Library, the Harrison Post Office, and Pet Rescue Paws

There is a limit of one free sub per person, but no limit to how much support you give this for this worthy cause.
